Description
The sensor for measuring the Cylinder Head Temperature (CHT) is mounted on the spark plug where it is installed in the Cylinder head. The measurement and data plays a vital role in the adjustment of the kart carburetor, to have an efficient combustion and avoiding fatal engine damage.
Features
The AiM CHT has a shape that allows the sensor to be installed on most air-cooled engines. When the sensor is used, it is important to remove the gasket of the spark plug, to keep the compression of the engine unchanged.
Temperatures from 0 to 300°C can be measured. The sensor has a compensated cable length of 250 mm and mignon connector for thermocouple connection.
