Redemption conditions for gift vouchers

Redemption
The gift vouchers can only be redeemed at http://store.auto-kart.com/. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed via the regular order form as a credit. To do this, you must enter the corresponding coupon code in the Voucher field in your Shopping cart then click the OK button. If the voucher value is insufficient for your purchase, you can settle the difference with another payment method available in our online shop. Only one gift certificate can be used per order.

Ordering the voucher 
When ordering a gift voucher, the full payment details and your correct email address to which the gift voucher is to be sent as a PDF must be specified in the order form. Subsequent addition of the information is not possible. A voucher order can only be canceled by our customer service if the voucher has not yet been redeemed or has not yet been created.

Delivery of the voucher
After ordering a gift voucher you will receive receipt the  Voucher to your specified e-mail address. You can then print the voucher yourself and then give it away. The gift voucher contains a once generated coupon code, which the recipient then simply indicates when placing his order on store.auto-kart.com in the shopping cart. The voucher amount will be deducted immediately from the invoice amount.

Limitations
The AUTO-KART gift vouchers are pure online vouchers and can only be redeemed for orders in our webshop on http://store.auto-kart.com/. Gift Certificates can not be redeemed for the purchase of additional Gift Certificates. A cash payment of gift certificates or a gift certificate balance is not possible. Likewise, charging or billing with open claims is not possible. The resale of gift vouchers is not allowed.

Liability and risk of loss
The company AUTO-KART Racing Ltd. assumes no liability for spelling errors in the e-mail of the coupon recipient. Similarly, the company AUTO-KART Racing Ltd. assumes no liability for loss, theft, misuse or delayed delivery of the gift certificate (eg due to technical difficulties).

Fraud
In the event of fraud, attempted fraud or suspicion of other illegal activity in connection with a gift certificate purchase or voucher redemption, we are entitled to close the corresponding customer accounts and / or request alternative payment. There is no entitlement to the activation or payment of affected vouchers.
