Description

The wire and clip for RPM measurement is mounted on the spark plug cable of the engine. The recorded RPM data plays a vital role in choosing the right gearing ratio to make the most of your engine's performance on every track you visit.

Features

The wire clip is mounted on the spark plug cable (max diameter 8 mm). We suggest only mounting the clip on the cable without wrapping the RPM wire around the spark plug cable, since this can cause noise in the MyChron5s display. On the other hand, if the RPM signal is weak, you can as a test, wrap the wire a few times around the spark plug cable.  

The wire has a length of 150 cm and a diameter of 2.5 mm. It must be mounted on the frame isolated from other cables, as they might disturb the measurement.
